Dr. Suzanne Dibble, RN — VP of Health Care Services
Dr. Dibble is Adjunct Professor at the Institute for Health & Aging and Physiological Nursing. She received her doctoral education at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Dibble focuses on developing care models for those with chronic illnesses and terminal diseases, including breast cancer. She is dedicated to promoting culturally appropriate clinical care and is the founder and Co-Director of the Lesbian Health Research Center. She is a prolific writer who has many published books and articles in the lay and academic press. Her books include: Culture and Clinical Care (2005), You and Your Asthma (1980), and Culture and Nursing Care: A Pocket Guide (1996) which was chosen as one of the most valuable texts of 1996 by the American Journal of Nursing. Sue received her doctorate in Nursing from UCSF.
Elizabeth Landsverk, MD — Geriatric Physician
Dr. Landsverk, Founder of ElderConsult, serves the older individuals in her community in multiple roles. She makes house calls to address the spectrum of concerns facing frail elders up until their last day. She was recruited to teach UCSF Family Practice Residents in the academic year 2008-2009 and has served as the Medical Director of Vitas Hospice. In her consulting role, she advises patients and their care givers on issues related to aging, including maintaining strength and agility, screening for chronic diseases, identifying and living with memory problems, diagnosis and treatment of dementia and agitation, mood disorders, and pain. She teams with Primary Care Physicians on issues including medications, goals of care, family concerns, and strategies to help individuals maintain independence. Elizabeth got her MD from Stanford University, and trained at the University of Virginia, Harvard Medical School, and Mt. Sinai in NYC.
Allan Treadwell, MD — Internal Medicine and Geriatric Physician
Dr. Allan Treadwell practices Internal Medicine in San Francisco and Marin County, California. Dr. Treadwell graduated with an MD 19 years ago from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Treadwell completed his residence in Internal Medicine at the University of California Davis Medical Center. Dr. Treadwell was honored with the Patients' Choice Award in 2008 and 2009. Currently, Dr. Treadwell shares his expertise among his practice at the UCSF Parnassus campus, his boutique medical practice that specializes in home-visits and emergencies, and Living Well members.

Dr. Paul Lofholm, PharmD
Paul W. Lofholm received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of California at San Francisco in 1964. He joined the Faculty at his Alma Mater in 1966. He is a Clinical Professor of Pharmacy. He is a community pharmacist, teacher, nursing home consultant and owner of Ross Valley Pharmacy in Larkspur, CA and Golden Gate Pharmacy in San Rafael, CA. He has received the Daniel B. Smith Award in 1972 presented by the American Pharmaceutical Association as the Outstanding Community Pharmacist of the Nation. He received the Alumnus of the Year Award from UCSF in 1976. The Albert E. Rossica Award was presented to him as the Preceptor of the Year in 1986. The Victor H. Morganroth, Jr. Memorial Award was presented in 1995 for outstanding contributions to improve patient care, pharmacy practice and education. The J. Leon Lascoff Award was presented for outstanding service to the profession in 1997. He was elected to the CPhA Hall of Fame in 2006 and he was the Pharmacist of the Year in 2007. He has developed an innovative practice severing several niches. The pharmacy is Medicare Certified for diabetes education. Pain and hormone replacement preparations are regularly compounded and we serve on the Hospice Pain Management team.
Rebecca Lofholm, R.Ph
Rebecca Lofholm R.Ph. is the COO of Golden Gate Pharmacy for over 15 years. She earned her pharmacy degree at University of the Pacific. She is a member of the California Pharmacist Association, American College of Apothecaries Association, ACVP, and Marin County Pharmacist Association.
Dr. Courtney Jones, PharmD
Courtney Jones, PharmD earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University in 2006. Currently she is the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Golden Gate Pharmacy. Dr. Jones has completed extensive training in pharmaceutical compounding from the Pharmaceutical Compounding Centers of America. She is certified to administer immunizations and has completed a certificate program in Community Aging, Assisted Living, and Long Term Care Pharmacy. Dr. Rochelle Suri, MFT — Wellness Services Director
Rochelle Suri holds a Ph.D in East West Psychology. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California. She has lived in San Francisco for 7 years, before which she resided in India and the United Arab Emirates. Being exposed to several cultures and ethnicities, Rochelle has enormous experience working with diverse populations and minorities. Rochelle is dedicated towards integrating western psychology and eastern spirituality within the realms of her psychotherapy practice. She has worked with the geriatric population for over 5 years. Currently, Rochelle combines her passion for research on auditory hallucinations and schizophrenia with yoga and spiritual traditions to unfold wellness and attain integral health.
Dr. Janet Meiselman — Geropsychologist and Wellness Faculty
Janet is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing mental health and wellness services to older adults, their families and caregivers. She completed her predoctoral clinical training in neuropsychology at Laguna Honda Hospital and her postdoctoral training at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco and Bay Area Psychological Services. Over the past seventeen years, she has worked with older adults, their families, and caregivers to assess and treat mental health challenges associated with the second half of life including late life depression, anxiety, complicated bereavement, adjustment disorders, substance abuse problems, and cognitive impairment.
Dr. Carol Benet — Wellness Facilitator
Dr. Benet has been conducting literature seminars to adults since graduating from UC Berkeley with her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature in 1987. She helps readers analyze, discuss and choose good books from classics to contemporary prize winning novels. She has 7 groups currently in Marin and San Francisco, but has also taught at Dominican University, Washington State University and UC Berkeley where she won an Outstanding Teacher Award. In addition she is a critic for art, theater, dance and music for The Ark Newspaper in Marin and ARTSSF.com.
Erin Fleming — Yoga Programs Director
Erin is the Yoga and Pilates Director for Bay Club Marin. She joined Bay Club Marin 7 years ago. Erin has built a successful and sizeable Yoga program offering 46 classes per week with over 65 extraordinary teachers on her roster. A native of California, Erin was first introduced to Yoga by her father, practicing Yoga poses and meditation before heading off to grade school. Following an extensive dance career, her life-long dedication as a serious practitioner eventually led her into teaching Yoga.
Spreading Yoga to people in other countries is Erin's greatest joy! She has led teacher trainings, retreats and workshops in England, North Wales, Spain, Denmark, Brazil, Mexico, Cuba, France, Greece, India and Singapore. Along with teaching Yoga privately, Erin also teaches Yoga at Lucas Films in San Francisco, a program she started in 2004. Since 2009, Erin has lead the design of the Stages program — a collaboration between the Bay Club Marin and Living Well to unfold seniors's wellness potential.
Daniel Rauck — Yoga Instructor
Daniel Rauck has been teaching yoga since 2004. His endless passion and enthusiasm for the benefits of yoga translate through his teaching to his students. Teaching people from all backgrounds and abilities, Daniel believes that yoga can be accessible to all. Balance, Coordination, Strength, Flexibility, and Tranquility are just some of the possible benefits of yoga. Certified by the Senior Fitness Association in 2006, Daniel is able to adapt yoga to be suitable to anybody regardless of physical limitations. Daniel is an enthusiast Yoga Instructor for the Stages program and Living Well members at the Bay Club Marin.
Tom Rothenberger — T'ai Chi Chih Instructor
Tom is an accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor with over 5 years of practice in this gentle form of T'ai Chi. Often referred to as "Joy through Movement," T'ai Chi Chih is comprised of 19 movements and one pose. T'ai Chi Chih was originated by Justin Stone, a T'ai Chi Ch'uan master, so that people of every age could learn and gain benefits from the simple movements. Let Tom's teaching spirit and quiet style lead you to discover the peace and receptiveness that has come to him from practicing this moving meditation known as T'ai Chi Chih.

Roberto Roman Gramajo — Personal Care Supervisor

After working as a cashier for five years and being bored and needing more, Roberto’s boss told him, to go look for his real passion in life. Roberto walk out of the office with his last paycheck in his hand and after few days he opened the newspaper and saw an opportunity to become a nurse. Roberto felt this was his new passion and he started in the caring business. He became a certified nurse assistant and gained experience at nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and residential care facilities for the elder. Using his experience as a firefighter during 9/11 in NYC, in 2001, he joined a local fire department in Marin County, as a volunteer fire fighter responding to rescue, medical and structure and wild land fires. Roberto is also a certified medication technician, a Red Cross instructor for CPR, AED, ET, and first aid courses. Recently, he married Sonia and they are expecting a boy - Sebastian. Roberto feels blessed to bring all his skill set to the Living Well team and members from whom he continues learning and growing personally and professionally.

Marc is the President of Universal Design Specialists. Universal Design is the design of any space to be accessible to all who use the space regardless of age, ability or disability. Marc designs and builds accessible homes and offices to enable people with all needs to live Safely, Independently and with Dignity in their homes for as long as possible. Our solutions also allow caregivers to assist without the added risk of personal injury. His combination of design expertise and general contracting background since 1992 specializing in this specific field enables us to provide solutions for every need. Leslie K. Lewis — Concierge Services Director
Leslie delights in serving our discriminating clients with creative, quality services that deliver life-enhancing benefits and experiences, from the everyday to the extraordinary. Over the years, Leslie has done everything from accompanying pets to veterinary appointments, making opera reservations, and managing home renovations, to arranging a reunion for friends in Hawaii, and locating appropriate attorneys and realtors for handling the sales of vacation homes outside of the United States. Leslie holds a masters degree in English from Mills College and is committed to providing five-star services to Living Well members.
Jennifer Dullea Norrell — Member Care Coordinator
Jennifer joins the Living Well team entering her 4th year in the Eldercare industry. She has worked in a Sales/Marketing role for Sunrise Assisted Living and Pacific Institute Assisted Living Communities. Most recently, she worked for Eldercare Services as their Manager of San Francisco Services where she recruited and counseled caregivers, managed staffing needs and assisted Geriatric Care Managers in supporting and meeting the needs of their clients. Before Jennifer began working in the Eldercare industry, she worked for Gap Inc. in a Human Resources Generalist role for 5 years. It was during her time at Gap Inc. that Jennifer volunteered her time at various skilled nursing facilities, which made her realize her passion for elders and advocating for them. Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from Providence College and is devoting her passion and skills to enhance the lives of Living Well members.
Shane Valentine — Personal Concierge Chef
Shane Valentine joins Living Well as he recently wrapped up his 20+ city cooking workshop/book signing with Whole Foods Markets in Northern California promoting is his book "The Baby Cuisine Cookbook." He is also a Chef Instructor at several Whole Foods Market Culinary Centers in Northern California. Although Shane attended Johnson and Wales University's Culinary Arts program he spent most of his career in various leadership roles with the Wyndham Worldwide Corporation in both Learning and Development and Operations departments for almost a decade in both Fort Lauderdale, FL and Seattle, WA. The book was "born" after the birth of his daughter Alina as Shane looked to make fresh, flavorful, thoughtful, organic meals for her. Shane is excited to bring his passions for thoughtfully created menus and recipes tailored to the members of Living Well. His new mission is to create personalized "comfort foods" to help trail blaze a new path with a complete 180° break from traditional institutionalized meals while still delivering easy, appealing, high quality meals that also meets the nutritional needs of elders. As a member of Marin Organics, he will work directly with the caregivers to, where possible, educate and incorporate our bountiful local and organic farmers and producers into their menu planning. As Living Well's resident Personal Concierge Chef, he is available for ultra-personal menu planning and meal preparation. He is also available to cater gatherings/socials hosted by Living Well members.
Shane is married to his beautiful wife Chantal with whom he has their now three year old daughter Alina and their twin 6 month old boys.

Ms. Rosenblatt is a Registered Nurse with ten years of experience in nursing, and twenty-seven years of experience as a lawyer, representing injured persons. She has been a mediator for three years, after representing many clients at mediation as their advocate. Her areas of expertise as a mediator include personal injury, elder abuse and neglect, and a variety of other subjects including defective products, medical negligence, parent-teacher-school conflicts and real estate disputes. She has considerable experience in working with elders, social services concerning them, and the families of elders. Ms. Rosenblatt is a passionate advocate for Living Well members’ wellbeing.

Chris brings 10 years of experience on the banking, and mortgage industry, including experience in managing international business-to-business relationships. A Bay Area Native, born and raised in Marin County, he has lived in Marin all his life. He met his beautiful wife at 23 and married her in 1997. They recently moved to Corte Madera where they continue to raise their daughter Jade and twin sons Stirling and Sebastian. Chris spends his free time playing with his family; they love to travel to new and exciting places. Mark brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience to Living Well. He began his career in optical sales, then most recently worked for the San Francisco Examiner. Mark covered Sales/Marketing for first their Real Estate feature, then went on to handle their National Accounts where he closed the largest ad campaign with Clorox. It was in this role that he began working with several Assisted Living facilities and Home care agencies and realized this was a market he really wanted to pursue and be a part of. Mark has a proven track record in sales and an intelligent approach to relationship building and problem solving. Mark is excited to join the Living Well team and assist them in meeting their full potential.
