Apple West Home Medical Supply
Apple West Home Medical Service offers exceptional customer service and quality home medical equipment products. They improve the lives of their patients by insuring they receive compassionate, courteous and considerate support by providing the correct equipment and supplies on time. In the San Francisco Bay Area, Apple West Home Medical Supply, provides in-person service to patients; a service becoming obsolete in that industry. In addition for those patients who live outside the San Francisco Bay Area, they are able to ship supplies anywhere in California within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the order.
Bay Area House Call Dentists
Bay Area House Call Dentists is a division of The Blende Dental Group. They start with respect and consideration, two important values at Living Well Assisted Living at Home, when handling the health and wellness of our members. They make regular dental care an important priority and offer house calls for dental patients with special needs who can’t easily get to a dental office, including patients with physical disabilities, emotional issues or phobias (some are so afraid of dentistry they need to be sedated for any kind of procedure).

FDA’s clearance of the INRange EMMA® puts an important safety tool directly in the hands of patients and their health care providers. It will help take away some of the confusion patients can experience when taking prescription medications, and allow care providers to more closely monitor their patients’ medications between office visits. EMMA® produces real time reports that enables Living Well staff and healthcare professionals to obtain critical information concerning a patient's prescription drug treatment, progress, and possible corrections and interactions. Their carefully screened Activity Specialists sensitively woo homebound or psychologically isolated seniors into more active engagement with the world. Regularly scheduled home visits may feature stimulating discussions based on shared passions and hobbies, a common interest in the arts, or the teaching of new skills.

myHalo Senior Monitoring
The myHalo solution delivers independence to seniors and their families through the most advanced, automatic fall detection in the market. When seniors fall, without the press of a button, their caregivers receive an alert text or call to their cell phone. Then, because myHalo is paired with home monitoring, continuous vital signs and self-test biometric readings are always available. Imagine, when that fall alert takes place. Universal Design Specialists
Universal Design Specialists is an accessibility design organization in California. The company provides site evaluations for Living Well members in order to evaluate the existing conditions of the space a member needs modified due to special needs or disability and then designs and manages the construction of or changes to individualized space to meet those needs.
